Built to Reflect What Matters
We started FFI to build a company that reflects what matters to us: taking care of people, keeping our word, and taking pride in our work. We wanted to create opportunities for our employees and build lasting relationships with customers who know they can count on us.
To us, success means earning trust, standing behind our work, and building something our families and employees can be proud of.
Faith
Our faith guides how we lead, make decisions, and treat others — with respect, honesty, and purpose.
Family
Our people are the foundation of our company. We believe in supporting our employees and making safety a priority so everyone can return home to their families.
Integrity
We believe in honest communication, following through on our commitments, and taking responsibility for our work.
These values shape how we approach every project, from a small repair to a major installation.
The People Behind FFI
Douglas Woodford and Charles Prado started FFI Services LLC with a shared goal: to build a company grounded in Faith, Family, and Integrity. They wanted to provide dependable industrial services while creating opportunities for employees and lasting relationships with customers. From the beginning, their focus has been on quality workmanship, safety, honest communication, and following through on commitments. These values guide every project and reflect their belief that a strong business is built by taking care of people and standing behind your work.
